Approve a Ticket through the Service Catalog

Your approval at this step is required before the ticket can move forward. You can access this ticket by the following steps:

Steps

  1. Access https://services.duq.edu and click on the login in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Login with your Multipass username and password.
  3. Click on 'View my Tickets'
  4. Click on 'My Approvals'
