Resolution


There are several ways to access your University email account:

  1. Go to duq.edu/dori and sign in with your MultiPass username and password.
    a. After signing in, select Quick Links in the top menu.
    b. Click Email from the list of links.

  2. Go to duq.edu/mail and sign in with your MultiPass username and password.

  3. Set up your University email in a preferred email client (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or a mobile email app):
    a. Use your full University email address (MultiPassUsername@duq.edu) as the username.
    b. Enter your MultiPass password when prompted.
    c. Configure the account as a Microsoft 365 or Exchange account.

Note: Your University email address is your MultiPass username followed by @duq.edu. After setting up your MultiPass account, you can log into your University email using these credentials.
