  1. Why is the fire not on during the posted times?

    Based upon current weather conditions it is possible that the fire was blown out by the wind or there are other campus factors which prohibited the fire being turned on tonight. 
  2. I smell gas at the fireplace but the fire is not on. Is that normal?

    Yes. The fireplace has a safety feature that if the fire is blown out by wind or some other factor it will shut off the gas. During the shut off process it is possible that some gas remained and is what you are smelling. This will dissipate shortly.
  3. How can I reserve the fireplace and Unico Family Pavilion for an event? 

    You can request to reserve the fireplace and/or Unico Family Pavilion through Conference and Event Services.

  4. How do I enter a service request for work to be done at the Unico Family Pavilion and/or with the fireplace?
