Adobe: Uninstall Options

Issue

I'm unable to install an adobe product.
I'm having trouble un-installing an adobe product

Environment

Adobe Software

Resolution

1. Remove all Adobe apps installed on the machine. 

   • Uninstall apps

   • Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app

2. Remove any remaining Adobe folders from the machine.

   • Windows:
     C:\Program Files\Adobe
     C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
     C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe
     C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
     C:\ProgramData\Adobe

   • Mac OS:
     /Library/Application Support/Adobe
     ~/Library/application Support/Adobe

3. Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool on the machine:

4. Restart the machine.

5. Install the Creative Cloud Desktop app from:
   https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/creative-cloud
