How To: Edit Zoom Cloud Recordings

Description

This document will walk users through removing beginning and end portions from a Zoom cloud recording.

Steps

  1. Sign into https://duq.zoom.us/
  2. Select Recordings from the left-hand menu
  3. Click on the name of the recording that you wish to edit
  4. Click on the video play button

  5. Click on the scissor icon located at the bottom right-hand side of the video

  6. If prompted with a Set Playback Range message, click Got it
  7. Drag the left arrow to the desired start point and the right arrow to the desired end point of the video. The middle portion that remains in blue is what viewers with whom you’ve shared the video will be able to watch.

  8. Click Save to save your changes
  9. Repeat steps 5-8 to make additional edits
