How To: Contact Qualtrics Support

Description

This article is intended to assist faculty, staff, or students in contacting Qualtrics Support.

Steps

  1. Visit https://www.qualtrics.com/support-center/
  2. Select Sign in with SSO

  3. Enter duq into the Organization ID field, then Continue

    • Alternatively, you may be presented with a screen that ends with "Sign out of all accounts."
      On this screen, instead select "Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit" beneath your Duquesne ID
  4. Login with your MultiPass credentials
  5. Choose I have a different support request
  6. Select Survey Platform from the product dropdown

  7. Choose how you would like to contact support (Chat, Email, or Phone)
