How To: Contact Qualtrics Support

Description

This article is intended to assist faculty, staff, or students in contacting Qualtrics Support.

Steps

  1. Visit https://www.qualtrics.com/support-center/
  2. Select Sign in with SSO

  3. Enter duq into the Organization ID field, then Continue

    • Alternatively, you may be presented with a screen that ends with "Sign out of all accounts."
      On this screen, instead select "Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit" beneath your Duquesne ID
  4. Login with your MultiPass credentials
  5. Select Get Technical Support

     
  6. Click Survey Platform & XM Directory

     
  7. Enter your question or issue in the textbook
    • Note: If the AI Assistant cannot answer the question or issue, a support team member will contact you.
