Mitel MiCollab Mobile Client

Home Screen

The default screen on Mitel MiCollab Mobile is the Home Screen.  

  • a. Settings: Clicking your contact icon in the upper left-hand corner will open the Settings screen
  • b. Quick Links: The center of the screen contains any quick links you have configured for your phone.
  • c. Add Quick Links: The vertical row of dots in the upper right-hand corner opens the Add Quick Links menu, where you can add contacts, Speed Dials, and Groups to your Home Page
  • d. Tool Bar: The MiCollab Tool Bar allows you to navigate between the various screens in MiCollab.
    • Home: The default page in MiCollab
    • Phone: Place phone calls, check your Voicemail, and review your Call History.
    • Messages: Send and receive Chat Messages.
    • Contacts: Search the Contacts directory.

Use the Quick Links menu to customize the Home Screen.  

When you have added a Quick Link to your Home Screen, you will also have the option to Edit the Quick Links on your Home Screen.

Phone

The Phone screen will display a list of all phone calls that you have received.
 
There is a toolbar across the top of the Phone screen with Filter options.
 
You can filter by All calls received, or only by Missed calls.
 
The Voicemail tab will display all Voicemails that you have received and allow you to select, play them back, and delete them.
 
To make a phone call, press the blue Keypad icon to begin dialing a number.

Voicemail

On the Voicemail tab of the Phone menu, you can tap any Voicemail to bring up the Voicemail Playback screen.

On this screen, you can select the Delete button to permanently delete a Voicemail.

The Call Back button will initiate a call back on the originator of the Voicemail.

You can press the Play button to listen back to a Voicemail, and you can use the Playback Bar to scroll through the Voicemail.

Messages

On the Messages screen, you can review a list of Chats between you and other Mitel MiCollab users. Select any of these chats by clicking on them.

You can read messages and respond by typing in the Message Prompt and pressing the blue Send icon.

Contacts

The Contacts page allows you to select and make calls to specific Contacts.
 
Personal tab will show Personal contacts, and the Corporate tab will show you a directory of contacts throughout the organization.
 
You can Favorite contacts and have them appear under your Groups tab by selecting them in the directory, or searching them with the hourglass icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Settings

To open the Settings screen, click your Contact Icon on the Home Screen.

On the Settings screen, you can toggle the Softphone on and off. If you have the softphone enabled on MiCollab for Desktop (macOS or Windows), the Softphone will be disabled there and your MiCollab for Mobile application will begin receiving calls and acting as your softphone.

You can also Manage Statuses by selecting Availability and by using the Manage Status option in the settings.
