Issue
You're trying to set up Box Mobile on a new mobile device, but when you try to sign in to your Duquesne account, it notifies you that "Your admin has restricted the use of this application."
Resolution
One Box account can only have two mobile devices registered to it at a time. You can try to remove old devices manually:
- Sign in to duq.edu/box
- Click the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Account Settings
- Select the Security tab
- Find the log-in for an old mobile device, and click the X next to it to Forget it.
Note: You can also click Forget All to remove all Box sign-ins.
