DU Alert Info
DU Alert Info is the place to go when changing your recovery email and/or mobile phone number, as well as updating your contact information for important campus safety alerts.
Recommended Devices and Browsers
Just a heads up! You can follow these steps on a smartphone, but we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and an up-to-date copy of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari for the smoothest experience. It will be very difficult on a smartphone.
Changing Your Info
-
Go to Welcome to Multipass (duq.edu/multipass) and click on DU Alert Info.

Note
If this is your first time ever signing in to your MultiPass account, you will be prompted to Enroll in Duo MFA. The on-screen instructions will walk you through the setup process.
- You will be presented with an Update DU Alert and MultiPass Recovery form.
- MultiPass Password Recovery Email is the email you will use to change your MultiPass password in case you forget it. We recommend using a personal email that you will always have access to.
- Mobile Phone Number is where you can enter a mobile number for DU alerts.
- If you check "DU Alert Emergency Notifications," you will receive DU voice message alerts on this number.
- If you check "MultiPass SMS Password Recovery," you can use this phone number to change your MultiPass password in case you forget it.
- You can also enter an Additional DU Alert Emergency Phone Number.
- To opt-out of DU alert, uncheck the box next to the phone number you would like to remove from emergency notifications, remove any optional phone numbers, and click Save.
- When you are done setting your information, click on Save Contact Information. You will be notified by email that your contact information has been changed, and you will also receive a pop-up notification.

If everything looks correct, you will not need to make any changes. You can close the page.
