Internal Use Only
Description
As part of the IP modernization project underway for all of campus, the way in which campus printing from Apple endpoints was previously is being reconfigured. Unfortunately, that reconfiguration will cause all printers previously added to macOS devices to stop functioning. All printers will need to be re-added to endpoints to restore functionality. To aid in this process, CTS has added an application to Self Service that will guide you through re-adding a printer to your endpoint. You will need the name of the printer you wish to use. If you do not know, it will be on a black label on the printer body itself.
