The article describes steps on how to use secure print on a Windows computer. Secure print is the ability to print a job from the client computer that will be held at the Xerox copier with the end user designated release code. Doing this will hold the print job at the copier in a secure manner until the user goes to the copier to release it via the code they configured.
This is different than accounting codes that are put on printers. If you configure secure print and submit a job to a Xerox with accounting codes, you will still be prompted for that accounting code after job submission.
