Acrobat Pro: Installation

Issue 

• I just got access to Adobe software and need to install
• I've already had access to Adobe software and need to install on a new machine

Resolution 

Step 1: Open the Email Invitation (If you already activated your account and need to install software on a new machine skip to step 2)

You should have received an email from Adobe granting you access to the software. Once the store has finalized your license.

1. Locate the email in your inbox (check your spam/junk folder if necessary).
2. In the email, click the "Get Started" button.

Step 2: Sign In to Adobe

1. You will be redirected to the Adobe sign-in page.
2. Sign in with your Duquesne University email address (e.g., yourname@duq.edu).
3. Complete your profile if prompted.

Step 3: Download Software

1. After signing in, you will see a tab for Apps to the left
2. Click Apps and from this list select the software you have been given access to and choose Install
3. After installation complete you should have the option to open from the app launcher or search to find the software through your operating system.
