Resolution

Computing and Technology Services (CTS) participates in eduroam, a secure, global wireless service for the research and education community. It is available in more than 100 countries. Participating locations can be found on the eduroam website or in the eduroam Companion app for iOS and Android.

Duquesne Users Visiting a Participating University

1. Select eduroam from the list of available wireless networks.
2. In the Username field, enter your full Duquesne email address.
3. In the Password field, enter your MultiPass password.
4. Connect.

Visitors Connecting at Duquesne University

1. Select eduroam from the list of available wireless networks.
2. Enter the full email address from your home institution.
3. Enter the password from your home institution.
4. Connect.

Still Unable to Connect?

• Duquesne students and employees: Contact the IT Service Desk at 412.396.4357 or help@duq.edu.
• Visitors from another university: Contact Duquesne's IT Service Desk first to confirm eduroam is available on campus. If it is available and you still can't connect, contact your home university's technical support.

What access does eduroam provide?

Service requirements: Everyone connecting to eduroam must follow the same network guidelines and policies as DuqNet users, including the Wireless Airspace Policy and Network service requirements.
