How do I install Global Protect?

• University-managed Windows or macOS device

Resolution

Before You Begin:
Please make sure you are enrolled in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication.

Steps to install GlobalProtect

1. Go to https://gp.duq.edu.
2. Sign in using your MultiPass user name and password.
3. Download the installer for your device (Windows or macOS).
4. Open the file and follow the installation prompts.
5. Launch GlobalProtect after installation.
6. Enter the portal address: gp.duq.edu, then click Connect.
7. Sign in with your MultiPass credentials.
8. Approve the Duo Push notification.
9. Once connected, the GlobalProtect window will display a Connected status.
