Your browser cache are old files that your browser stores to help speed up surfing the web, but these files can cause problems when they are out of date. Google Chrome
Method 1:
- Click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of your web browser
- Hover over the More Tools option, then click Clear Browsing Data...
- Under Time Range, select All Time
- Select the items you want to clear: Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files
- Click Clear Data
- Restart Google Chrome

- Click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner of your web browser
- Hover over History, then double click the following History option
- Select Clear Browsing Data
- Navigate to Time Range and select the All Time option
- Click Clear Data

Microsoft Edge

- Choose Settings
- On the left-hand side, navigate to Privacy, search, and services
- Besides the Clear browsing data now option, click Choose what to clear
- Set the time range to All time
- Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files
- Click Clear now
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper right-hand corner of the browser
- Click Settings
- Navigate to Privacy & Security

- Click Clear
- Restart Mozilla Firefox

Method 1:
- Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...
