Issue:
User is unable to sign into a Windows machine. The following error message appears:
"The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed."

Initial Troubleshooting Steps:
- Connect the machine to DuqNet using an Ethernet cable or docking station.
- Restart the machine.
- Confirm that the Ethernet icon appears in the lower-right corner of the screen.
- Attempt to sign in again.

If the Error Persists:

Scenario A: Primary user cannot sign in, but another user can:
- Have the user sign into the machine.
- Open Dell Command Update.
- Scan for and install all available updates.
- Restart the machine and repeat the initial troubleshooting steps.

Scenario B: No one can sign into the machine:
- Laptop: Bring the device to the TechHub located on the 2nd floor of the Union.
- Desktop: Submit an elevated support request to the technical team.
