Resolution
Confirm Your Settings are Correct

Confirm You Are Using the Correct Network
- Primary Network: DuqNet (Laptops, Cellphones, Tablets, etc)
- Internet of Things (IoT) Network: DuqNet IoT (TVs, consoles, e-readers etc.)
- Guest Access: DuqNet Guest (Visitors, Merchants, etc)
Toggle Wi-Fi Off and On
- Turn WiFi off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on
- Attempt to reconnect
Restart Your Device
- Fully power off (not sleep)
- Turn back on and reconnect
Forget and Reconnect to the Network
This resolves many authentication/certificate issues.
Steps:
- Go to WiFi settings
- Select DuqNet
- Choose Forget Network
- Reconnect to DuqNet
- Enter your campus credentials
- Accept the certificate when prompted
Check Signal Strength
- Move closer to a wireless access point
- Avoid basements, stairwells, or dense concrete areas
