Canvas: 2507 Error

Resolution 

Try another browser

This issue appears to be isolated to Google Chrome. Switching to another browser such as Firefox, Edge, or Safari should resolve any issues. 

Remove add-ons and extensions

If you have recently added a new extension or addon to your browser this may be causing the issue and removing or disabling them temporarily may resolve the issue. 

Check Google Chrome browser settings

1. In the Chrome address bar, type chrome://settings/content/cookies and press Enter.
2. Under Third-party cookies, confirm Block third-party cookies is selected. (If third-party cookies are already allowed, skip to step 5.)
3. Scroll to Sites allowed to use third-party cookies and click Add.
4. Enter duq.zoom.us, then repeat for duq.instructure.com.
5. In the address bar, type chrome://settings/content/popups and press Enter.
6. Under Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects, click Add.
7. Enter duq.zoom.us, then repeat for duq.instructure.com.
8. Close and reopen Chrome for the changes to take effect.
