If you need to send an email to a large number of recipients, we recommend requesting a mailing list. The University uses LISTSERV to create and manage electronic mailing lists.
This article will explain how to export a report on members on a LISTSERV list.

Steps
Exporting Members on a non-Banner Fed List
- Navigate to the Subscriber Reports tab

- Select the list you want to export members from
- Go to Report Format, and select CSV Format, then click Update

- After this, an Excel file will download with a list of all subscribers on a given list
Exporting Members on a Banner Fed List
- Under List Management, navigate to the LISTSERV Command tab

- Ensure that under Select List, no list is selected
- In the Command box, type REVIEW list-name NOH MSG RCPT. Substitute list-name with the name of the list whose members you want to see; click Submit

- Once you click Submit, you will receive a list of all members on the list. You can then copy/paste those members into an Excel file
