Manage DUO Devices
Sign in
to the Duquesne Portal:
duq.edu/portal
.
Select DUO device management
from the quick links menu.
Verify your request
with an already-enrolled device or pass code.
Select
Device Options
for the device you want to manage.
From here you can:
Choose Edit
to remove or rename a device.
Choose
I have a new phone
to reactive DUO Mobile
Choose
add a device
to enroll a new device in DUO Mobile.
Note:
If you are activating the Duo Mobile app on a new smart phone, select
Call Me
when prompted to verify your log in request and enroll this new device.
CTS enabled Duo Restore, which allows you to back up Duo-protected accounts and third-party accounts for recovery to the same device or to a new device. For more information, please visit Duo's website regarding this feature:
