This service is used to request approval to operate an Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) — commonly known as a drone

You must include the following attachments: (If all required documents are not included this request will be DENIED.)

Pilot's Driver License.
Pilot's FAA 107 license (If FAA 107 is over 2 yrs old, you must also include the Completion of the FAA recurrence.
Drone FAA registration certificate.
A map showing the flight area (including max altitudes), take-off and landing locations, and RPIC Control Point.
Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $1,000,000 for each occurence and $2,000,000 general aggregate.
