Sign Out of Box Mobile on Another Device

If you still have one of your other devices:

  1. On that device, delete the Box Mobile app.
  2. On your new device, open Box Mobile and sign in with your Duquesne Box account.

Remove a Device from Your Box Account Settings

If you no longer have the other device (lost, replaced, or traded in):

  1. Sign into Box in a web browser: duq.edu/box
  2. Go to your account settings and find your login activity.
  3. Select Forget next to the device you no longer use. See Manage Account Settings for details.
  4. On your new device, open Box Mobile and sign in with your Duquesne Box account.

Note: If you are still receiving this error message after forgetting your device, Report an Issue with Box.

Cause (If Applicable)

  • Box allows each account to be signed into Box Mobile on up to two devices at a time.
  • Signing in on a third device is blocked until you remove one of the existing devices.
