Description
Using the Self-Service Portal, you can easily view and track the status of service requests that you have submitted. This article explains two ways to review your tickets.
Steps
"View My Tickets"
- Navigate to the Self-Service Portal home page.
- If you are not already signed in, click the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner and sign in with your Duquesne credentials.
- Under the My Services field, click View My Tickets.
- You will be sent to the Ticket Requests page, where your ticket requests are listed. You can review individual tickets by opening them on this page.
Under the Services Tab
- Navigate to the Self-Service Portal Services catalog.
- If you are not already signed in, click the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner and sign in with your Duquesne credentials.
- In the ribbon across the center-top of the screen, click Ticket Requests
- You will be sent to the Ticket Requests page, where your ticket requests are listed. You can review individual tickets by opening them on this page.
