COM - IT Training Request

What Is It?

Training and support for users of technology at the COM. Training is categorized into three areas:

  1. Self-Training use  knowledge-based articles, guides and resources provided to you via TDX allow you to get real-time answers to your technology tool questions and learn at your own pace
  2. Consultations are one-on-one, in-person technology help. Consultations are provided when self-training resources are unable to help answer your questions or resolve your issues,
  3. Workshops are requestable and planned sessions for all technology tools. They are normally organized at the department, or college level. Groups of 3 or more people can request a workshop on a specific tool

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

COM students, faculty and staff.

Where Can I Get It?

Submit a TDX ticket with the details of the tool, type of help, who will be at the training and at least three preferred dates and time for training to happen.

How Much Does It Cost?

Training is a common good and free to all COM students, faculty and staff.
