What Is It?
Students planning to take summer courses at another institution and use financial aid through Duquesne University must submit a Summer Aid Consortium Request. This form allows Duquesne to establish a consortium agreement with your visiting (host) school and coordinate aid eligibility based on your combined summer enrollment.
Before submitting this form:
1. You must meet with your Success Coach to ensure your courses will transfer back to Duquesne and count toward your degree requirements.
2. You must be enrolled at the visiting institution for the summer term.
Once submitted, our office will use this form to determine your eligibility for summer aid and process aid accordingly. Additional documentation may be required from the host institution. Please be aware that processing time can vary, and timely submission is strongly encouraged to avoid delays in disbursement.
