What Is It?
All Minors Programs, including Exempt Programs, must be registered by the event's Program Coordinator at least four weeks prior to the start date with the Office of Risk Management (ORM). Failure to register any planned Minors Program will result in immediate cancellation of the event. In exceptional circumstances, registrations of less than four weeks may be permitted at the discretion of the Vice President of Legal Affairs.
