Where Can I Get It?

IT Service Desk support can get received in the following ways:

  • Call 412-396-4357 and press 1
  • Submitting a ticket through the Service Catalog (Fastest support)
  • Chat
  • Click the "Report Issue" button to submit a general ticket to the IT Service Desk.
