Resolution 

Print Quota Information

  • Students and employees receive an annual print balance credit of $90.
  • Print balances automatically renew on July 1 each year and remain valid through June 30 of the following year.
  • Individual print jobs are limited to a maximum of 100 pages per print job.
  • Additional print funds can be added through Cashnet. Requests can be made here: Purchase Printing Pages

Print Wirelessly Using PaperCut Lab Print

  1. Go to duprint.duq.edu.
  2. Select Sign in with Microsoft

  3. Sign in using your MultiPass username and password.
  4. Click Web Print from the left navigation menu.
  5. Click Submit a Job.
  6. Select SINGLE-SIDED or DOUBLE-SIDED printing.
  7. Click Print Options and Account Selection.
  8. Enter the number of copies.
  9. Click Upload Document.
  10. Drag and drop the document or click Upload from Computer.
  11. Click Upload & Complete.
  12. Verify the job status displays Held in a Queue after upload completes.
  13. Release the print job at any supported public printer using:
    a. QR Code
    b. DU Card Swipe
    c. duprint website

Note: Print jobs remain in the queue for 24 hours and are automatically removed after that period.

Print Anywhere Using a PaperCut Lab Computer

Print Anywhere allows a document printed from a lab computer to be released at any supported campus print station.

  1. Open the document on a lab computer.
  2. Select Print.
  3. Choose Print Anywhere from the printer list.
  4. Submit the print job.
  5. Release the print job at a supported print station using:
    a. QR Code
    b. DU Card Swipe

Print a Webpage Using PaperCut Lab Print

Windows

  1. Navigate to the webpage.
  2. Press Ctrl + P.
  3. Change the printer destination to Save as PDF.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Follow the steps in Print Wirelessly Using Lab Print to upload and print the PDF.

macOS

  1. Navigate to the webpage.
  2. Press Cmd + P.
  3. Select Save as PDF from the PDF menu in the lower-left corner.
  4. Save the file.
  5. Follow the steps in Print Wirelessly Using Lab Print to upload and print the PDF.
