Issue:
- I can't sign in to my Duquesne-managed computer

- Windows: "The username or password is incorrect"

- macOS: my Mac says my password is incorrect when I try to sign in

Resolution:
Troubleshooting Steps:
Try your old password
- If you recently changed your MultiPass password, try your old password — the computer may not have picked it up yet, since it needs to connect to the network first.
- Check that Caps Lock is not on, and retype your password carefully.
Hard wire and retry log in
- Connect the machine to DuqNet using an Ethernet cable or docking station.
- Restart the machine.
- Confirm that the Ethernet icon appears in the lower-right corner of the screen.
- Attempt to sign in again.
