Who you contact to update your email depends on your affiliation with the university. Select the option below that matches your status.
Incoming Freshman or Transfer Student
- Contact the Admissions Office:
- Once Admissions confirms the update, follow the steps to claim your MultiPass.
- Contact the Service Desk if additional help is needed.
International Student
- Contact International Admissions:
- Once Admissions confirms the update, follow the steps to claim your MultiPass.
- Contact the Service Desk if additional help is needed.
Current Student
- Contact the Registrar's Office:
- Once the update is confirmed, follow the steps to reset your MultiPass.
Employee
- Contact Human Resources (HR):
- Once the update is confirmed, follow the appropriate steps to access or reset your MultiPass account.
