Resetting a Forgotten or Expired Password
Your MultiPass is your personal username and password that grants you access to PORTAL, Canvas, Email, and many other services on campus. When you set up your MultiPass, you make a secure personal password that only you know. Because only you know your password, only you can change it. But what if you were to forget that password?
In addition to that, you have to change your MultiPass password once per year. What if you forgot to make that change before it was too late?
