This article will describe the process of configuring a new Medicat connection.
Steps
How To Set Up Remote Desktop for Medicat
Open Remote Desktop Connection by using the search tool.
Computer should be
107.medicatconnect.com
Enter user name:
MCT-SAAS\1015(first initial and last name)
Click on Show Options if needed
Click on the Local Resources tab
Uncheck Printers
Click on
More
and check mark Web Authn, ports, Drives, Video Capture devices and Other supported Plug and Play devices
Click
OK
Go to the
General
tab and click
Save As
, browse to your desktop, name the file what you'd like, and click
Save
. This will create a shortcut with your settings to the desktop.
Click
Connect
Enter your
Password
and click
OK
How to Remote to Medicat
Open
Remote Desktop Connection
Go to computer
107.medicatconnect.com
User name is
MCT-SAAS\1015(first initial and last name)
Click
Connect
