Can't View an Xfinity TV Channel

Issue

I'm receiving an error when I try to view a channel.

Resolution

  1. Make sure you are located on Duquesne's campus and connected to DuqNet or DuqNet IoT.
  2. Close and reopen Xfinity Stream.
  3. Try viewing different channels.
