Once your submit is completed, you will have the opportunity to receive a brief survey via email. As TeamDynamix is a new system, we value your input and seek to enhance our system based on your feedback.
Steps
To provide feedback on your experience with TeamDynamix, please follow these steps:
- Submit a ticket through the Services Portal.
- Wait for the ticket to be Completed.
- Look for an email containing the CTS survey and click on "Start Survey."
- Answer the questions in the survey and click "Submit."
