How To: Fix if Medicat is Frozen

Medicat is Frozen

1.  Ctrl Alt Tab to see if there are any hidden tabs waiting on a response. If yes, you can answer that response. If there is not a response waiting, see if you can click the X in the right-hand corner of any tabs that may be open to close each screen. If this does not work, try #2.

2.  Select Medicat Tabs inside Medicat, try and right click and close any Medicat Tabs at the bottom of the screen. Then click the Red Log Off Button, and relaunch Medicat.  If this does not work, try #3.

3.  CTRL ALT END to see if you get an option to Sign Out. If this does not work, try #4.

4.  CTRL ALT Delete to see if you can close the RDP session with Task Manager.  If this does not work, go to step #5, create a ticket within Zendesk.

5.  Create a Ticket through Medicat Zendesk, informing the Support Team of the steps you’ve tried above. Please inform the team of your Medicat Login Name; i.e. 9999mjones.
