Resolution

Requesting a Guest Account

As a guest, you may have been given a user name and password from your sponsor.
If you did not receive one:

1. A Duquesne-affiliated individual must request access on your behalf.
2. They can go to Request Guest Wi‑Fi Access.
3. Select the Request Access option on top right and fill out the form to complete the request.

Note: All guests using DuqNet Guest are required to follow Duquesne University's TAP policies.

Connecting to Duqnet Guest

1. Connect to the DuqNet Guest wireless network.
2. When prompted, your browser should be redirected to a login page.
   • If you receive a certificate warning, choose to accept and continue.
3. Enter the provided username and password to gain access.
