Resolution
Favoriting an Article or Service
- Log in to the TDx Client Portal.
- Search the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
- Open the specific article or service page you want to favorite.
- On that page on the right side, click “Add to Favorites”
- The item is now marked as a favorite.
Retrieving or Managing Your Favorites
- Log in to TDx Client Portal.
- From the top/nav menu, go to Knowledge Base or Services (whichever category your favorite belongs to).
- In the submenu or toolbar, click My Favorites under that section.
- You will see a list of all articles or services you favorited.
- To open one, click the title.
- To remove something from your favorites, click Remove from Favorites button to the right.
