Find and Favorite Articles or Services

  • How can a user save favorite a Knowledge Base article or service in TeamDynamix (TDx)?
  • After saving favorites, how does a user view or manage their favorite items?

Resolution

 

Favoriting an Article or Service

  1. Log in to the TDx Client Portal.
  2. Search the Knowledge Base and Service Catalog.
  3. Open the specific article or service page you want to favorite.
  4. On that page on the right side, click “Add to Favorites”
  5. The item is now marked as a favorite.

Retrieving or Managing Your Favorites

  1. Log in to TDx Client Portal.
  2. From the top/nav menu, go to Knowledge Base or Services (whichever category your favorite belongs to).
  3. In the submenu or toolbar, click My Favorites under that section.
  4. You will see a list of all articles or services you favorited.
  5. To open one, click the title.
  6. To remove something from your favorites, click Remove from Favorites button to the right.
