Rise Vision SSO Login

1.)  Open the browser of your choice (Google Chrome, Fire Fox, Safari), left click the URL bar at the top of the screen, and enter "www.risevision.com".  Press the Enter key on your keyboard.  When the site loads, left click the button labeled "Log in"

2.)  In the box labeled "Work Email", enter your full Duquense email address (for example; "doej12@duq.edu") and left click the button labeled "continue"

3.)  The webpage will update and now display a button labeled "Continue with Single Sign-on".  Left click this button to continue

4.)  Enter your dull Duquesne email in the box labeled "Sign in" and click the button labeled "Next"

5.)  Enter you multipass username (NOT your full email; for example; "doej12") in the box labeled "MultiPass Username", enter your multipass password in the box labeled "Password", and click the box labeled "LOGIN" to continue

6.)  A screen may pop up letting you know that you are receiving a DUO push.  You will need to approve this on your cell phone through the DUO app

7.)  A new page will pop up asking if the computer/device you are currently using is your own personal device.  If no one else uses this device, you can left click "Yes, this is my device".  If anyone else uses this device, left click "No, other people use this device".

8.)  A new page will pop asking if you would like to stay signed into your account on the current device you are using.  If this is a personal device, you can left click "Yes", or if other people use this device then left click "No".  If you want the device you are currently using to remember your decision, you may check the box labeled "Don;t show this again"

9.)  You should now see the Rise Vision administration page
