Description
Computing and Technology Services (CTS) encourages you to enroll at least two devices in Duo MFA, including a smartphone with the Duo Mobile app installed. If you forget your primary device at home or do not have access to it, you can still sign in to Duo-enabled services, like the Duquesne Portal and Office 365 email. This article explains how to do so.
Steps
1. Sign into the Duquesne Portal at www.duq.edu/portal
2. Select Duo Device Management in the Quick Links menu.

3. Verify your login request with an already-enrolled device or passcode.

4. Choose Add a device

5. Select the type of device you are enrolling in Duo MFA.

6. Follow the onscreen steps to enroll your device.
