For moving request choose the 'Moves - Facilities Management' service from the service catalog.
Grounds/moving staff have times of limited availability due to established campus needs.
- April (Spring plantings: flowers, grass, etc)
- May (Commencement and Student move-out)
- August (Student move-in)
- Late September and early October (Homecoming, Alumni, and Family weekend)
- Late October and early November (Night of Light)
- Late November and December (Christmas, Winter weather and Winter Commencement)
- December, January, February **Should a weather event occur, Grounds focus shifts and scheduled work will be rescheduled.**
To facilitate appropriate scheduling to meet the various needs of campus we request that all work orders be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
Please try and provide a date range, noting that ASAP is not a date, to assist with scheduling and weather.
