Box Drive

Box Drive is a desktop application that lets you quickly access and edit content stored in your Box account.

Employees using a University-managed computer can download Box Drive in Software Center (Windows) or Self-Service (macOS). If you are using a personal computer, go to box.com/drive to download Box Drive.

Box Mobile

The Box Mobile app allows you to create, view, edit, upload and share content using your mobile device. You can download Box Mobile on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Note: You can only sign into Box Mobile on up to two devices at a time. If you need to sign into Box Mobile on a third device, you must delete or forget the app on another device.

Box Collections

Box Collections lets you organize files and folders that you own or share into logical groupings of your choice. When you sign into Box, a section labeled "My Collections" will appear in the navigation menu to the left of the page.
