Using a Passcode from the DUO Mobile app

  1. Sign in to a Duquesne online service, such as the Duquesne Portal or your email.
  2. When the Duo authentication prompt appears, select Enter a Passcode.
  3. Open the Duo Mobile app on your mobile device.
  4. Locate the six-digit passcode displayed next to Duquesne University.
  5. Enter the passcode in the Duo authentication prompt to complete the login.
