Assign permissions to a shared calendar
We recommend using Microsoft Outlook, available on Windows and macOS devices, to assign calendar permissions.
- Right-click the calendar name on the left-hand side of Outlook.
- Click Properties...
- Click the Permissions tab.
- Click Add to select a user.
- For permission level, please choose either Editor or Reviewer.
- Click OK (if you receive an error saying permissions cannot be set, click OK. Permission changes will still take effect.)
