How To: View Your Service Requests

Description

Using the Self-Service Portal, you can easily view and track the status of service requests that you have submitted. This article explains two ways to review your tickets.

Steps

"View My Tickets"

  1. Navigate to the Self-Service Portal home page.
  2. If you are not already signed in, click the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner and sign in with your Duquesne credentials.
  3. Under the My Services field, click View My Tickets.
  4. You will be sent to the Ticket Requests page, where your ticket requests are listed. You can review individual tickets by opening them on this page.

Under the Services Tab

  1. Navigate to the Self-Service Portal Services catalog.
  2. If you are not already signed in, click the Sign In button in the upper right-hand corner and sign in with your Duquesne credentials.
  3. In the ribbon across the center-top of the screen, click Ticket Requests
  4. You will be sent to the Ticket Requests page, where your ticket requests are listed. You can review individual tickets by opening them on this page.
