How do I install Global Protect?

- University-managed Windows or macOS device
Resolution
Before You Begin:
Please make sure you are enrolled in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication.
Steps to install GlobalProtect
- Go to https://gp.duq.edu.
- Sign in using your MultiPass user name and password.
- Download the installer for your device (Windows or macOS).
- Open the file and follow the installation prompts.
- Launch GlobalProtect after installation.
- Enter the portal address:
gp.duq.edu, then click Connect.
- Sign in with your MultiPass credentials.
- Approve the Duo Push notification.
- Once connected, the GlobalProtect window will display a Connected status.
