Duo: Manage Devices

Issue

  • I need to remove a device from DUO Mobile

Resolution 

Manage DUO Devices

  1. Sign in to the Duquesne Portal: duq.edu/portal.
  2. Select DUO device management from the quick links menu.
  3. Verify your request with an already-enrolled device or pass code.
  4. Select Device Options for the device you want to manage.
  5. From here you can:
    • Choose Edit to remove or rename a device.
    • Choose I have a new phone to reactive DUO Mobile
    • Choose add a device to enroll a new device in DUO Mobile.

Note: 

  • If you are activating the Duo Mobile app on a new smart phone, select Call Me when prompted to verify your log in request and enroll this new device. 
  • CTS enabled Duo Restore, which allows you to back up Duo-protected accounts and third-party accounts for recovery to the same device or to a new device. For more information, please visit Duo's website regarding this feature: Duo Restore
