What Is It?
Respondus LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down a test within Canvas. When students use LockDown Browser to access a test, they cannot print, copy, visit another website, or access other applications. Once started, students are locked into the test until it is submitted for grading.

Faculty
Faculty can use Respondus LockDown Browser with any Canvas Classic or New Quiz by enabling LockDown Browser via Settings > Navigation. View the Faculty Resources above for instructions.
Students
Students need to download Respondus LockDown Browser to their computer to use with a Canvas Classic or New Quiz. View the Student Resources above for instructions.
