Who Is Eligible to Use It?

• Business/Budget Managers
• Faculty and Staff acting in Budget Manager capacity (Department Chairs, Assistants to VP's, etc.)
• Students acting on behalf of student organizations (Fraternities/Sororities, Club Sports Teams, etc.)
