What Is It?

Requests for IT repair and support for hardware (laptops, desktops, applications) and other technology malfunctions.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

COM students, faculty and staff using university and college-issued devices, software and programs.

Where Can I Get It?

Submit a ticket request detailing the issues you are having and your location via TDX.

COM-IT Service Hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

○      Sunday: 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

How Much Does It Cost?

Repairs on university and college-owned IT software and equipment are paid for by the College.Depending on warranties and usage levels, departments may be charged for the cost of parts for repairs.
