How To: Set Up a New MiCollab Softphone

Description

This article will go over how to install the MiCollab softphone on your Duquesne-managed computer. It will also explain activating your MiCollab account, and how to sign in to MiCollab once the softphone is installed.

Steps

Completing SSO Implementation and Softphone Client Setup

Once CTS enables your MiCollab account, you will receive an email to set up your CloudLink account. CloudLink is an application that will interface between the Duquesne SSO infrastructure and the MiCollab software client. You should not need to do this twice. If you have already set up your CloudLink account, you can skip to the installation section relevant to your device.

  1. Open this email and click on "Finish building your account"
